Employment Maintenance Programe (EMP)
Service Desciption
The Employment Maintenance Programme is provided to individuals to assist protection of their pre-injury employment, maintain word readiness, and prevent development of barriers to a return to work when there are no alternative duties available. Delivery of EMP may consist of both vocational and rehabilitation modules.
If you have been referred to Accomplish Vocational Services one of our Occupational Therapists will contact you and arrange an appointment to see you. At this initial interview they will discuss with you services that may be provided to assist with your return to the workforce. You and the Occupational Therapist will develop a plan that may involve a variety of activities to be undertaken over a period of time.
