Dave Mackay
Dave has proven experience in providing quality vocational services inclusive of Pre Employment Preparation Programmes, Work Ready Programmes, and Transitional Job Search Programmes, to clients of the Accident Compensation Corporation in the Bay of Plenty and Auckland regions. Work in the private sector within the field of executive management has developed strengths in the managing of individuals to embrace change, to challenge their beliefs, and to set clear and realistic vocational goals and expectations. Dave has completed the international qualification in Chartered Insurance Agency Management (C.I.A.M). In addition, Dave is a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ).
