Heather has nine years experience in the provision of Vocational Counselling and Change Management Services, and for the past four years has predominantly delivered Vocational Assessments and Services for both the Accident Compensation Corporation and Work and Income, as well as private Counselling Services in the Bay of Plenty region. She holds a Diploma in Counselling and a Certificate in Adult Teaching and is enrolled in International Accreditation Training and has completed training in Critical Incident Stress Management. Heather is also a full member of the New Zealand Association of Counselling and a full member of Career Development Association of New Zealand (CDANZ).
