Lee Ann is a team member who has a wealth of prior experience in working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and therefore demonstrates a strength in working empathically in encouraging clients to embrace reality and subsequent steps forward to create positive change. She prides herself on being a life long learner which has in turn equipped her with the knowledge and skills that enables her to work ethically and professionally.
Lee Ann, in completing tertiary education, was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences (distinction). Lee Ann is a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ) and the Sociological Association Aotearoa NZ (SAANZ).
