She has specialist skills in preparing job specifications, assessing applications, interviewing clients, Curriculum Vitae preparation, pre-employment preparation and placement. Melanie holds a Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science (Psychology), and is a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand.
